The morning commute northbound on McLoughlin Boulevard hit a snag for motorists, just north of the Bybee Bridge late in the 8 am hour of Thursday, January 28.
That was when an accident closed the left-hand lane, backing up northbound traffic for over a mile at one point.
No injuries were reported, and the damaged vehicles were cleared away and two-lane travel was restored less than an hour later.
