Mexican restaurant moves to Holgate in Reed neighborhood

A new Mexican restaurant opened in November on the corner of S.E. 28th Avenue and Holgate Boulevard.

Called “Tortilleria y Tiendo de Leon” – but better known as “Salsas Locas” – the restaurant was originally at N.E. 162nd and Glisan Street – sited with their adjacent grocery store. Now they have sold the grocery, and have moved their restaurant to the Reed neighborhood – officially at 4512 S.E. 28th Avenue, where they have some on-site parking, and outdoor covered and uncovered seating, as well as to-go service.
